Start at the very top. Your chin needs to be parallel and slightly folded.

As you move towards the wall, be sure to touch the wall with your heels. Also, the calves, shoulders and the head should all be touching it. This position must be maintained for a couple of minutes.
Increase your buoyancy at one point:
Spread your feet and shift your weight so that you are almost on your toes.
Your belly can be expanded and contracted:
Place your hand on the abdomen while standing to make sure that you expand your stomach as you breathe in and relax it as you exhale.
